Get a new Blu Ray player that has DD TrueHD and DTS HD internally, and bring that into the TGP5 via analog inputs, routing HDMI video directly to display device. You could also just route digital PCM signal via coax or optical, forgo the TrueHD and use Carver's Sonic Holography with DD. Either way, you will get great sound and a great deal. |
